The platform serves as a credibility layer between businesses and their potential customers, helping companies build trust through transparent, authentic feedback.
How It Works
Businesses register on the platform and create a public profile. Customers can then leave verified reviews against those businesses — covering rating, written feedback, and service categories. Businesses can monitor their reviews, respond publicly, and use Trustroller badges and widgets on their own websites to showcase their reputation.

Technical Architecture
Built as a full-stack Laravel application with a Filament-powered admin panel for platform management. Designed for high read performance given the public-facing nature of review pages, with Redis caching on frequently accessed business profiles and review feeds.
